Conceptual Design
Conceptual design uses AutoCAD Architectural Desktop, 3-D animation from Architectural Desktop and still renderings using Accurender. We use digital cameras to insert architectural renderings into existing context. We are proficient in Corel Draw and can render presentation drawings for Power Point presentations.
Contract Documentation
Preliminary drawings and working drawings are developed in the latest version of AutoCAD Architectural Desktop. Clients are provided with integral databases linked to drawings for such things as room, door, equipment schedules and quantity take-offs. These data bases are linked to spreadsheets, other data bases or word processing software such as Microsoft Word, depending on the end use. We use Auto Lisp software language to customize software. National Master Specifications (NMS) are used to prepare contract specifications.
Contract Administration
We are proficient in Microsoft Project and have developed three levels of detail from simplistic to detailed project documentation, depending on the project sophistication. The project schedule is then tracked for our client using this software.
In-house developed Contract Administration Software using Microsoft Access, links progress claims with contemplated change orders, change orders and performance reporting of projects.
The Monthly Reporting System provides us with the ability to present monthly progress reports on your project. This software allows us to tailor the project associated data, name, and other specifics to each project.
Office Electronic Filing System
The system uses a code of accounts for the work breakdown structure of the project using Microsoft Access Data Base that allows us to Electronically file and retrieve all project data from our office server.
